uacGames.com provides several handling options for our customers' selection;
Google Checkout: FREE Shipping delivery is 9 to 12 business days but may take longer
USPS Media Mail is 2-9 business days **
USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 3 business days **
USA Ground delivery is 3 to 5 business days **
USA 2-Day delivery is 2 business days ** 
USA Overnight delivery is 1 business day ** 
USA PO Boxes Delivery is 3 to 5 business days **

Occasionally due to carrier delays, delivery can take longer. Keep in mind that in some cases, the authorization process can take up to 24 hours before your order is shipped. Please contact us if you do not receive your package by the expected time of delivery so we can help to retrieve your order.

Billing Process:
In most cases we do not bill your account until your order ships. However, we do verify the information and there is a temporary authorization hold placed on your account for all order attempts to verify that the information provided is accurate and that funds are available. During peak holiday times, you may be billed the day before your order ships to guarantee that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Please note that pre-owned items are guaranteed to work but some may not include a box or instruction manual.

When is a title released?
If the title is not listed on the site then we do not have any information regarding that item. We add titles to our site as soon as we receive information from the manufacturer. Please note the manufacturer provides any changes made to the release date to us. We will ship the pre-release items on the release date.

You Dirty Dog - I Paid You Quickly, But I Still Do not Have My Product!
There can be many reasons for that, but usually it is the address provided or the USPS or the shipping method chosen.
We stopped typing addresses long ago. We copy and paste all addresses to avoid typos (U.S. and Internationals). That means, whatever you give us is where it's going.

We have shipped more packages than we can count...and for sure the USPS is not what it used to be...God love them. If you remember, when Priority Mail was first introduced they advertised 2 Bucks for 2 Days.....well.....those days are long gone and not it's several times 2 Bucks and as long a week for Priority Mail (usually 3 to 5 days). Next time you go into a PO, ask about USPS Overnight mail...there is no such service as it is now 2 days (they still call it overnight though...hmmm). What we are trying to tell you is...be a little patient.

If you are concerned, here are the first steps you should take:
1. Make sure the address you gave us with the payment is correct.
2. Contact your local U.S. PO or international PO and see if they have your package. If they attempted delivery and you were not home, they will store the package for a while and then return it to us as unclaimed. I know, the little pink slip.....we admit we are not perfect and the USPS is not perfect either.....call them or stop by and see if they have your package.
3. For international customers, in addition to contacting your local post office, you should also contact your customs. Due to all the terrorist issues, international shipments are taking longer and longer in customs. A good example is some of regular German customers are now reporting delays of 3 weeks in German customs alone. This makes what was once a 7 to 10 day shipment, now up to 4 to 5 weeks before it arrives. And it isn't only Germany.
However, all the above said, it is fine to contact us regarding your shipment...again, we are not perfect. Nevertheless, if we made an error, we will make it right.

I Have A New Top Of The Line XP or Vista machine and This Software Will Not Work!
Not all software will run on XP or Vista, or ME or whatever system you have. The vast majority of the software we sell will run on the newer systems and our ads will state the correct systems for each title in the System Requirements section of every ad & it’s up to the customer to make sure that their machine meets the minimum system requirements outlined on the product page, you need to read the ads we have. You will always find the System Requirements in every ad, which will tell you the systems the software will run on. If you buy a Windows 95/98/ME/2000 or XP software title, it may or may not run on your nice shiny new Vista Machine. A lot of older software (especially children's software) will run on the newer XP/Vista systems, but not all of them. We have tested a ton of our titles on newer systems and updated those ads accordingly. Please read our ads, they are intended to help.

Technical Support:
We do not as a general rule provide technical support.
Technical support is provided by manufacturers or publishers.
Generally you will find a web address, a phone number or an email address for support on the outside of the product box, case, or cd, sometimes it is contained on the help files on the CD. Help with conflicts, patches and error messages are usually available on manufacturer / publisher web sites.
Installation of software can be trying at times, please refer to any printed or help file information regarding installation should you be experiencing problems. Should the software not be installable or not working after you have exhausted the above, please see the next sections.

Okay - I Read The Above But This Software Just Won't Work!
This is our policy for returning defective product.
After selling half a million pieces of software, we realize that not all software is perfect.
However, we have found that 99% of the time, it is not the software, but usually the user or the PC it is being installed on that is the problem.
We DO NOT provide tech help as a general rule on any software we sell but we have been known to bend the rules on occasion.

 

In addition, you will need to check the following before the item is returned:
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund the following:
1. Items that were shipped 14 days before the return date.
2. Items we did not originally sell you. (Some buyers have attempted to return software not purchased from us - unfortunately, we will know).
If you believe you have defective software, you may return it with a complete Letter Of Explanation as to the problem, PLUS the manufacturer information listed above, including your email address an d original auction number.
Upon receipt, we will load it.
If it loads and plays or we use the manufacturer information to get it to run, there will be no refund or exchange of product. However, should you want the item returned, we will mail it back to you upon payment of our normal shipping rates.
If it will not load or play an d has not been tampered with and ALL the information requested above is included, we will replace or refund the item an d pay the shipping (should we replace it), plus refund the shipping require d to send it to us by U.S. 1st class mail or for international buyer air mail.
