Once your order is placed with us, actual delivery times will vary with different products, so please allow reasonable time. On most titles you will be notified with the approximate shipping time.
If you need a product quicker (gifts, etc.) email us and we will upgrade the shipping to Priority Mail or a method chosen by you, Shipping Fee's with be incurred
FREE shipping through Google Checkout are for shipments within Continental USA. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, US territories & International destinations will require additional rates, PLEASE contact us at 1.508.857.7826 prior to purchasing for exact shipping costs.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier & shipping method chosen, FREE shipping option offered with Google Checkout is Standard U.S Postal Media Mail.: 9 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days)*
Standard Mail U.S.: 5 to 7 business days after shipping (requires extra fees's)
Expedited Priority Mail U.S.: 2 to 3 business days after shipping (requires extra fees's)
International Standard: 3 to 6 weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays)
Procedures for requesting International Shipments:
1) Minimum purchase total of $15 plus actual shipping costs plus a $2.00 special handling fee.
2) All orders sent abroad must be paid in full through PayPal or Google Checkout prior to shipping.
3) Items must be shipped to the person ordering. Absolutely no shipments to second parties or addresses.
4) Request International shipments only by email sent to info@labelgames.com and include all of the following information:
a) List all items you would like to purchase, including quantities & price etc.
b) Provide complete contact information and shipping address.
c) Phone number and email address of purchaser.
Once we receive your email with the above complete information, we will process your request. We will not absorb any shipping losses for international shipping, as we often do on shipments within the US.
